Welcome to your new RW1. Follow these steps to get started.

Power On and Pair Bluetooth
- Unbox and Inspect: Make sure all components are present.
- Charge the Battery: Fully charge before the first use.

Power On and Pair:
- Press the round button to power on the RW1 Wireless Headset
- With the headset powered on, hold the round power button for 2 seconds.
The Power Button will light up blue. - On your personal device, turn on the Bluetooth function and set it to search for new Bluetooth devices.
- Select “ROADWARRIOR RW1" from the list of found devices.
- You will hear “Connected” while wearing the RW1 Wireless Headset when you have successfully paired.
Charging
Connect the USB-C charging cable to RW1 Wireless Headset via USB-C charging port. (Red LED will stay on until fully charged.)
LED Battery Light Indicator Key:
- Blue = 50% - 100%
- Green = 20% - 50%
- Red less than 20%
(needs to be charged)
Unit will be fully charged in 2 hours for a full 30-hour battery life

Connectivity
How do I pair my RW1 Wireless Headset with my device?
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, then select “ROADWARRIOR RW1” from the list of available devices.
Why isn’t my headset connecting?
Restart both your device and RW1 Wireless Headset. Make sure no other devices interfere during the pairing sequence (turn other devices that are connected to your personal device off). If the problem persists, please contact us.
Can I connect the headset to multiple devices at the same time?
Yes, turn off Bluetooth on both your personal devices, turn on Bluetooth on device #1, hold the power button on the RW1 Wireless headset, and wait for the prompt “Pairing.” Once you hear the prompt “Connected,” turn off Bluetooth on device #1. Turn on Bluetooth on device #2, and hold the power button on the RW1 Wireless Headset. Wait to hear “Pairing.” Once you hear the prompt “You are connected,” you can turn the Bluetooth on device #1, and both devices will be “Paired.”
Is there an app that works with this headset?
Not yet!
What should I do if the headset keeps disconnecting?
Make sure no other devices interfere during the pairing sequence (turn other devices that are connected to your personal device off). If the problem persists, please contact us.
How do I “factory reset” my RW1 Wireless Headset?
Press the “volume down” button three times when the headset is in pairing mode but not connected to a device. This process will clear the existing pairing list.
Battery & Charging
How long does the battery last?
RW1 Wireless Headset offers up to 30 hours of continuous talk time on a full charge.
What’s the correct way to charge my product?
Use the included USB-C charger and connect to the indicated charging port on the RW1 Wireless Headset. Charging takes approximately two hours for a full battery.
Is there a way to replace the battery?
No, the battery is fixed to the internal construction of the headset and must be recharged with the provided USB-C charging cable.
How do I check my battery level?
A LED light on the Power Button will be blue when fully charged 100%, green when half charged 50%, and red when at less than 10% charge.
Can I use the headset while it’s charging?
No

How do I adjust the volume?
Adjust the volume using the controls on your personal device or the up and down volume buttons on the side of the headband/earcup.
Why is the sound quality poor?
Try repositioning the product or adjusting the volume. Check that your device supports high-quality audio playback, that there is no interference with your RW1 Wireless Headset and your personal device, and that there is no water damage to your headset.
How can I clean my headset properly?
Take a damp cloth or antibacterial wipe and gently wipe down your headset. Take a dry cloth and wipe away any excess moisture. Note that alcohol and some antibacterial wipes can dissolve leatherette over time.
What should I do if there’s a delay or lag in the audio?
Disconnect and turn off your personal device and the RW1 Wireless Headset. Make sure no other devices interfere during the pairing sequence (turn other devices connected to your personal device off). Turn on and reconnect devices. If the problem persists, please contact us.
Can I make calls with the headset?
You can activate Google Assistant or Siri to place a call for you. To connect a call, press the Power Button once after the number has been dialed on your personal device. To hang up, press the power button.
How do I answer an incoming call while holding an existing call?
Hold down power button for two seconds
Does this RW1 Wireless Headset work with voice assistants like Siri or Google Assistant?
To activate Google Assistant or Siri, hold the RW Button for 2 seconds* until the technology is online
How do I adjust volume or skip tracks?
To decrease the volume, press the volume down button once. To skip to the previous track, hold the volume down button for more than 2 seconds*. To increase the volume, press the volume up button once. To skip to the next track, hold the volume down button for more than 2 seconds*.
Can I purchase replacement ear pads or other accessories?
Not yet!
Is there a way to mute the microphone noise during calls?
Double-tap the RW Button to mute the microphone during calls.

Warranty Coverage
The RW1 Wireless Headset is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects but excludes damage from accidents or misuse.
