Firmware updates vary by model and production version. Always follow the in-app instructions to ensure a smooth, successful update.

Download the app, pair your headset, and you're ready to roll. Here's how:

1. Download the App
   Search for "RoadWarrior Audio" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install it on your device.
   
   
2. Open the App
   Launch the RoadWarrior Audio app and tap Add Device.
   
   
3. Power On & Connect
   Make sure your RW headset is powered on and connected to your phone via Bluetooth before tapping Add Device.
   
   
4. Complete Setup
   Once connected, your headset will appear on the home screen. Tap the device to finish setup. You're in.

⚠️  IMPORTANT: Before You Run a Firmware Update
After the firmware update completes, your headset will power down. You'll need to power it back on, then forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pair it before reconnecting to the app.

How to Forget a Bluetooth Device:

iPhone:  Settings > Bluetooth > tap the (i) next to the device > Forget This Device

Android:  Settings > Bluetooth or Connected Devices > select device > Forget / Unpair / Remove

Once you've re-paired, launch the RoadWarrior Audio app, press and hold the old device listing to remove it, then tap Add Device to connect your freshly updated headset.
